Not at this time. All services are self-pay. Online bookings are paid by card when you book.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Online bookings need at least 2 days' notice. If you need something sooner, please call us. Same-day visits are scheduled by phone.
Do you work weekends?
Saturday and Sunday visits are possible by phone only, subject to availability and specimen drop-off options that weekend.
What services do you offer?
Blood draws for lab work, specialty lab kit collection and drop-off, Peekaboo baby gender reveal, and prenatal and paternity DNA testing, at your home or office. See our Services page for prices.
Which services do I need to call for?
3 or More Patients, Non-Invasive Prenatal DNA Testing, and Paternity DNA Testing are scheduled by phone. Call us at (470) 918-4485.
When am I charged?
Within our standard area on weekdays, you pay when you book, and your visit is confirmed as soon as payment goes through. For weekends, short notice, or addresses farther out, we call you first and nothing is charged until we've agreed on the details.
What if I need to cancel?
With 24+ hours' notice you get a full refund of the service charge. With less notice, you get half back. If we arrive but can't complete the collection, you get a full refund. Any prepaid tip is refunded if no visit happens. See our Policies page for details.
Can I tip?
Tipping is always optional. You can add one after your visit if you'd like, and it's charged separately from your service charge.
