Specialty Lab Kit Collection and Drop-Off
Your test provider mailed you a kit? We collect the specimen and drop it off at UPS, FedEx, or the lab, following the kit's instructions.

How Booking Works
- Weekday visits within our standard area book online and are confirmed as soon as you pay. Weekends, short notice, and longer drives are set up by phone.
- We may call before your visit to confirm what's being collected and where it needs to go.
- We don't accept insurance at this time. All services are self-pay.
