Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit, we’ll refund your service charge in full. If you cancel with less notice, we’ll refund half of the service charge. If your visit doesn’t happen for any reason, any prepaid optional tip is refunded in full.
If we arrive but can’t complete the collection, we’ll refund your service charge and any tip in full.
Worked Examples
Example A — cancelled 30 hours before visit ($65 service + $10 prepaid tip)
Full refund: cancelled with 30h notice (>= 24h required).
Service refund: $65.00 · Tip refund: $10.00
Example B — cancelled 6 hours before visit ($65 service + $10 prepaid tip)
Partial refund: cancelled with only 6h notice (< 24h).
Service refund: $32.50 · Tip refund: $10.00
